Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This DPA forms part of the Terms & Conditions.

A. Roles

Customer = Data Controller
CAZTRE Limited = Data Processor

B. Purpose

Processing of financial and business data to provide SaaS analytics.

C. Obligations

CAZTRE will:

Process data only under instructions
Maintain strict confidentiality
Implement technical and organisational security measures
Assist with data subject requests

D. Subprocessors

CAZTRE may use subprocessors such as:

Secure cloud hosting providers
Regulated Open Banking partners
Analytics tools

A list is available upon request.

E. International Transfers

Safeguarded under UK GDPR-approved mechanisms.

F. Termination

Upon termination, customer data is deleted within 90 days unless required by law.
