These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the CAZTRE Limited (“CAZTRE”, “we”, “our”, “us”) Software-as-a-Service platform, website, and related service
1. Definitions
“Service” means the CAZTRE SaaS platform, including liquidity dashboards, forecasts, analytics, and reporting tools.
“User Data” means any data uploaded by Users (including Excel, CSV, financial data, balances, forecasts, budgets and other files).
“Output” means any insights, forecasts, analysis, or reports generated by the Service.
“You”, “User”, “Customer” means the organisation or individual accessing the Service.
“We”, “Us”, “Our” means CAZTRE Ltd.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

3. License

You will review system Outputs before making decisions.
You will not rely solely on CAZTRE for financial, treasury, investment, or operational decisions.
You will maintain backups of all source data.
You will ensure only authorised users access the platform.

5. No Financial Advice (CRITICAL CLAUSE)
CAZTRE does not provide financial, investment, treasury, legal, or accounting advice.
All system Outputs (including forecasts, analytics, liquidity views, and risk indicators) are provided for informational and decision-support purposes only.
You are solely responsible for verifying all Outputs before acting on them.

6. Data Accuracy & Forecasting Disclaimer
CAZTRE makes no guarantees regarding:
the accuracy
the completeness
the timeliness
the reliability
of any Output generated by the Service.
Forecasts may be affected by:
incorrect uploads
missing data
formatting issues
assumptions
market movements
system glitches or downtime
business behaviour changes
The Service is provided on a “best-effort” basis and may contain errors.

7. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee:
uninterrupted access
error-free operation

8. Third-Party Dependencies

No refunds after termination.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
1. CAZTRE’s total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the last one month.
2. CAZTRE is NOT liable for:
lost profits
missed payments
liquidity shortfalls
FX losses
inaccurate forecasts
business interruption
incorrect decisions
indirect or consequential damages
reliance on system Outputs
3. All Outputs are provided “as-is” with no warranties.

16. No Reliance on Outputs (Key for Treasury/FP&A Tools)
You acknowledge that:
Outputs are based on uploaded data, assumptions, and automated logic.
Errors can occur due to user uploads, processing issues, or system limitations.
You must independently verify all numbers before using them operationally.
CAZTRE shall not be held responsible for any decision made based on system Outputs.

17. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England & Wales.

18. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.

19. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CAZTRE regarding the Service.
